
ADF announces new partnerships with leading universities to develop next-generation dispatcher training programs.
Advancing Aviation Education
The Airline Dispatchers Federation has partnered with five major universities across the United States to establish comprehensive dispatcher training programs. These partnerships aim to address the growing demand for qualified dispatchers while incorporating cutting-edge technology and modern training methodologies.

Each university program will offer both undergraduate and certificate options, allowing students to pursue dispatcher certification alongside their aviation degrees or as a standalone qualification. The curriculum has been developed in collaboration with industry experts and ADF members to ensure graduates are well-prepared for the demands of modern flight operations.
“These partnerships represent a significant step forward in professionalizing dispatcher training and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified professionals for the aviation industry,” said the ADF Education Committee Chair.
The programs are expected to launch in Fall 2025, with applications opening in Spring 2025. Interested students can learn more about each program through their respective university aviation departments.
